RED CAMP LITE
1 December 2020
This was the first ever virtual Red Camp that Ngee Ann Polytechnic has held! It was a new experience for all our Ambassadors but we pulled through and the event was a success!
OPEN HOUSE 2021

7-9 January 2021
This was the first virtual Ngee Ann Polytechnic Open House due to the pandemic. I was in the Telegram Committee where we answered any questions the visitors have queries about. I studied to make sure that I was equipped with my Product Knowledge (PK) so that I knew how to answer the questions and I also learnt to be adaptable as some of the visitors asked questions that we didn't expect to receive.
RETREAT 2021

Retreat is an event to celebrate our Y3s who will be graduating. I was a part of the Retreat Logistics Committee, where I had to come up with posters, decorate the lecture theatre, as well as ensure the event flow when moving to different locations as we had to follow strict Safe Management Measures (SMM) due to the pandemic.

I was part of the Engagement Committee for two of our internal events, Inauguration and Training & Bonding. We had to come up with games that encourages Ambassadors to interact with each other as the new batch of Year 1s joined us. We also had to keep the energy up during the event, as well as take note of what topics were talked about during the chit-chat sessions between the different groups to update Corporate Communication!
YOUTH LEADERS CAMP 2021
6-7 September 2021
Youth Leaders Camp (YLC) is a camp which enhances secondary school students' leadership skills and boosts their communication skills! Other than being a Ninjas (tribe) Student Leader, I took part in the YLC pre-publicity video shoot, and was in Ninjas video team where we had to direct and edit Ninjas trait videos!
OPEN HOUSE 2022

6-8 January 2022
As part of Open House Welcome Team, we were the direct representatives of Ngee Ann Polytechnic students, hence we had to make sure we carried ourselves properly, greeting visitors enthusiastically, and helping them navigate their way around the school, directing them to the different academic schools and nearest car parks. We also had to ensure that visitors were only visiting the schools they signed up for as there were still some restrictions regarding safe distancing measures.
POLY EXPERIENCE - EAE EDITION

This event caters to students and parents who are interested in polytechnic education and what the Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) is all about. It's similar to Open House, just on a smaller scale level. As part of the Welcome Team, I had to greet and direct visitors to the Convention Centre and the different academic schools!
